We use it only to contact you about benefits under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act and, if you choose to work with us, to administer your claim and your care. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Health information you share is handled under applicable federal and state privacy law, including HIPAA where it applies to us as a healthcare provider.
